This project included demolition and relocation of surplus tools and equipment, preparation of concrete floors, and removal of all mechanical piping and electrical branch circuits. Additionally, General Construction constructed multiple conference rooms, break areas and recycling centers. We installed 2,000 ft of new ductwork, 1,200 lin ft of copper piping, 232 dimmable Lutron light fixtures and power poles for 1,200 work stations.
