Work on this project included clam-shell dredging of 4,300 cu yd of material as well as driving sheet pile to act as a foundation and cofferdam for new concrete riverside walls. Post-tension bars were coupled to the anchors and extended through the new concrete headwalls. Concrete sidewalls were placed in high lifts and completed the encapsulation of the existing cellular sheet pile. Concrete sleeves were drilled horizontally through the coffercells and tie-rods were inserted into the sleeves. General Construction was a participating Kiewit District on this project.

All work was done at an extremely aggressive schedule to deliver dock for use by the client.
