Hamilton Avenue Bascule Bridge Project

Project started in August, 2005
This project includes the rehabilitation of the Hamilton Avenue Bascule Bridge over the Gowns Canal in Brooklyn, NY.

Heating System Upgrade

Currently in construction
General Construction replaced the majority of the mechanical fittings on the existing heating system's carbon steel pipes with welded fittings.

Hood Canal Bridge Retrofit & East Half Replacement

Project started in July, 2003
General Construction is replacing the east half of the Hood Canal Bridge and renovating the newer west half of the bridge.

Revelstoke Penstock Project

Project began November 2007
As a joint venture with Kiewit's Western Canada District, General Construction Company is installing the fifth penstock at Revelstoke Dam in Canada.

San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge E2/T1 Foundation

Currently in construction
As part of a KFM joint venture, General Construction built two foundations for the main span of the future self anchored suspension span of the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.

Skylight Installation Project

Project began in October of 2007
This project includes the installation of giant 25 ft x 27 ft skylights in a huge manufacturing facility in Everett.

Terminal 30 Upgrade, Port of Seattle

Project started October 2007
The 43-acre Terminal 30 Upgrade project includes relocation of the Cruise Ship operation, and returning the terminal to its original function as a container terminal.

Terminal 91 Berth M Reconstruction, Port of Seattle

Project began October 2007
This project includes the demolition of the old timber apron and supporting piles and construction of a new dock supported with concrete and sheet piles.
