Napkin Packaging Line Installation

Project started in September, 2004 - Project completed in February, 2005
General Construction installed a converting and packaging production line at a paper manufacturing mill.

Paper Machine Fan Pump Drive

Project started in January, 2005 - Project completed in August, 2005
General Construction replaced three fan pump drives for 600 Hp motors at paper manufacturing facility in Washington.

Relocate and Upgrade Tissue Packaging Line

Project started in October, 2005 - Project completed in February, 2006
For this project General Construction moved and upgraded a production line which converts very large rolls of tissue to finished product.

Scott Worldwide Cogeneration Project

Project started in 1993 - Project completed in 1995
For this project General Construction built a state-of-the-art cogeneration facility primarily for burning spent sulfite liquid from the pulping process and sawdust from area sawmills.

Substation Replacement & Power System Upgrades

Project started in January, 2004 - Project completed in July, 2004
General Construction was responsible for building a new substation at paper manufacturing facility.

Tissue Machine Rebuild

Project started in November, 2005 - Project completed in January, 2006
General Construction replaced and relocated paper rolls, the drying air system, two 9 MM BTU burners and a Smartfire control system.

Tissue Paper Machine 3 Rebuild

 - Project completed in 1997
This project included the installation of a new head box, Yankee dryer hood with burners and gas train, drives, vacuum system, pumps, piping, pressure screen, showers and control system.
