Bangor Building 7111 Addition & Service Pier Upgrade

Project started in 2004 - Project completed in 2005
General Construction was responsible for upgrading existing service pier and facility to accommodate a new submarine homeport.

Bangor Fox Island Lab Relocation

Project started in June 2007 - Project completed in January 2008
This project included the construction of a concrete trestle supported by twenty steel piles.

Chevron Long Wharf Causeway/Trestle Seismic Upgrade

Project started in 1998 - Project completed in 2000
This project included seismically strengthening the 3,800 ft, two lane concrete causeway as well as replacing a timber pipe trestle that paralleled the existing concrete causeway with a new steel trestle.

Keyport Pier Replacement

Project started in 2000 - Project completed in 2002
This design build project consists of a modern pier and new floating structures to accommodate research vessels at the Keyport Undersea Warfare Research Station.

Marine Docking Facility, U.S. Gypsum

Project started in January, 2000 - Project completed in July, 2000
Along the Columbia River in Oregon, General Construction built a concrete wharf and concrete approach trestle.

Neah Bay Pier Coast Guard Pier

Project started in 1999 - Project completed in 2000
This project required the demolition of an existing 650 ft timber pier and construction of a new concrete pier and concrete mooring floats.

Pier D Replacement

Project started in 2000 - Project completed in 2003
This design build project consisting of building a 1350 x 150 carrier berthing pier at the Naval Station in Bremerton.

Terminal 115, Port of Seattle

Project began October 2006 - Project completed April 2008
General Construction reconstructed and upgraded one of the largest break bulk barge facility in the Western Hemisphere.

Terminal 3 & 4, Port of Tacoma

Project started in January, 2005 - Project completed in March, 2006
This project included the construction of a 250 lin ft concrete wharf at the Port of Tacoma.

Terminal 30 Upgrade, Port of Seattle

Project started October 2007 - Projected completion date June 2009
The 43-acre Terminal 30 Upgrade project includes relocation of the Cruise Ship operation, and returning the terminal to its original function as a container terminal.

Terminal 55/56, Port of Oakland

Project started in 1999 - Project completed in 2001
This project included the demolishing of existing concrete piers, hydraulic dredging and construction of a new wharf.

Terminal 91 Berth M Reconstruction, Port of Seattle

Project began October 2007 - Expected completion date is May 2008
This project includes the demolition of the old timber apron and supporting piles and construction of a new dock supported with concrete and sheet piles.
